At Aura, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

- Free shipping is available on orders above 200 SAR (for limited time).
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
- You can track your order through the link provided or via Aramex / SMSA website.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight.
- We ship from our warehouse in Saudi Arabia.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- During peak seasons (Eid, National Day, etc.), delivery may take longer than usual.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International shipping will be available soon.
